Billy McFarland Biography
The founder of the Fyre Festival, whose real name is William McFarland was born on December 11, 1991 in the United States of America. However, he was raised by his parents in the Short Hills section of Millburn, New Jersey.
After graduating from high school, McFarland went on to study computer engineering at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. He left the establishment, however, after spending less than nine months intending to start an online advertising platform called Spling.
