He was born Ryan Thomas Gosling on November 12, 1980 in London, Ontario, Canada. So, for those of you who hate Canada but love Ryan Gosling… you’re in love with a Canadian.

Ryan Gosling’s weight

Just by looking at him, you can tell that Ryan knows how to get to a gym or two, the actor weighs 78kg and his height is very good. In 2009, the actor mistakenly put on extra pounds and here’s the story behind it. He was signed to star in the movie Pretty Bones. In his portrayal of the character, Ryan estimated he should weigh 95kg.

So he started his journey at 95 kg by melting Haagen Dazs ice cream and drinking it whenever he was thirsty. Nevertheless, the director had a different idea of what his character should look like. Gosling therefore remained “fat and unemployed”. His words, not ours.
